An appointment is your time to see one of our providers.  As a courtesy to other patients, please call at least 24 hours ahead of time if you are unable to keep your appointment.  Walk-ins are also welcome and we have
24-hour on-call service.

all commercial insurance, Medicaid, Medicare, Sliding
fee scale based on income, and patient donations
