    Our Evolution Madison County Community Health Centers, Inc. (MCCHC) is a non-profit 501(C)(3) organization, and a Federally Qualified Health Center that was founded May 1999. The Madison County Community Health Centers, Inc. became incorporated in August 1999.
  • Health Center Opens

    Health Center Opens In May 2000, MCCHC was granted federal IRS approval, subsequently receiving Indiana State Health Department Community Health Center status in July for the then corporate sited located at 1719 N. Madison Avenue.
  • Health Center Second Location

    Health Center Second Location MCCHC expanded it's presence in the Anderson service area by relocating to the current corporate site located at 1547 Ohio Avenue.
  • Elwood Expansion

    Elwood Expansion In 2001, with the support of many Elwood community and political leaders, MCCHC expanded operations by opening the Northern Madison County Community Health Center located at 1518 Main S. Street.
  • Expanding Services & Center

    Expanding Services & Center In 2005 MCCHC completed renovations to the Anderson facility, providing the space needed to eventually expand services. Completion of the renovations project expanded the facility to the existing 23,350 sq. ft.
  • Alexandria Location

    Alexandria Location In June 2016, MCCHC grew again to service the needs of the Alexandria community by opening a service site located at 101 N. Harrison Avenue.
