The Campaign Explanation !
The growing faces of the uninsured and underinsured across America is reflected in Madison County’s population.  Their healthcare options are affected by their economic plight.

The Madison County Community Health Centers (Anderson and Elwood) is our communities best approach to addressing this problem.  Since its inception in September of 2000 fueled an maintained by grants from Federal 330.   HRSA, the Indiana Department of State, loans from several local banks and the city’s economic revolving fund along with several donation from health institutions and social organizations. Also patient incomes.

Presently, due to our planned strategic plan, patient growth is anticipated to be 60,000 visits.  we must move to the second phase of our program; the adding of exam rooms. equipment, pharmacy, equipping our optical room and dental facilities.  To achieve this goal the board of directors have established a campaign goal of $2.5 million to be generated through 2010.

Your participation in the various plans are urgently requested and very much appreciated.!
