C.H.A.P (Child Health Access Program) was developed in 2001 to provide a health assessment, service, and education program for children in Madison County and other counties. It includes school physicals, dental screenings, immunizations, hearing and vision screenings, lead, diabetes, and pediculosis (head lice) screening, as well as educational booths. C.H.A.P is an annual program , ensuring the Madison County’s children have 100% Access— 0 Disparity to affordable, quality health care. It is designed to ensure that all young people in Madison County have access to quality health care. The program is specifically designed to make this access easy by providing programs at school and community locations. |
