Indiana Medicaid & HIP 2.0 are federally funded programs, administered by the state. The programs cover medical services for those with low-incomes based on the federal income level and asset standard. Free eligibility and enrollment assistance is available through the Madison County Community Health Center by contacting 765.641.7499 ext. 286 or ext. 416.
Medicare is the federal health insurance program for people 65 or older and persons with a qualified disability including blindness and kidney disease. Eligibility assistance is available at the Social Security Office, 117 S Scatterfield Rd, Anderson, IN 46012
The primary mission of health centers is to increase access to health care for the uninsured. All MCCHC services are offered on a sliding fee scale (based on income and household size) to help make health care services are affordable.
Employer Based / Private Insurance
MCCHC accepts most employer based or private insurance types. The quality of care and appointment availability is equal to that offered at private offices.
Tricare & Veterans Choice Program
We accept Tricare Insurance and as a registered provider through the VA Choice Provider Directory, any of our providers may be selected for use with the Veteran's Choice Program by a Veteran or Health Net Representative. Veterans with the Veteran's Choice Program must call the Vet Choice hotline at 1.866.606.8198 to verify eligibility and request an appointment.
